I enjoyed the great food optionswith local dishes. the staff always provided really good service , particularly at reception. my room had amazing ocean views from the tenth floor. It was very clean. the hotel location near the beach made it easy to explore local bars and restaurants.

i stayed for several nights the hotel is on a calm street near the beach the staff were polite and informative the hotel had everything i needed for my trip i found the sign saying ironing machines and hair dryers are available on request to be very useful they provided good local food and drinks

the elevators were slow and small it took a while to get to my floor i found the wait frustrating especially during peak times this could be improved with faster or larger elevators

a decent stay

great location nice area inclusive drink bathroom update bad smell buffet food

the location are great. its near the beach and other bars. all inclusive drinks are good. the pool area was nice too. the staff are great, they helped me with my luggage when i arrived.

the bathroom needed updating. there was a bad drainage smell just outside the main doors. the food ran out quickly at new year's eve buffet. they put replacements out.

broken lift early noise

The lifts were a nightmare, honestly, with only two available and one broken during my entire stay. Getting to my room on the higher floor reminded me of a real challenge. and don't even get me started on the noise. I could hear doors banging early every morning. it seems some consideration for sleeping guests would be appreciated, especially when you are trying to relax on vacation.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the beach. It was only a short walk. breakfast was very good with many options available. i also appreciated that the hotel provided free parking in the front. this made renting a car convenient.

The room lacked a hairdryer and toiletries. I needed to bring my own. the room felt basic, with just a bed and tv. A fridge would have been helpful.
